Herb Class
There is an herbal class on the digestive system set for Saturday February 7th at 10:00 here at the shop.
Bring notebook and pen. If you have any questions call us at 507-523-2447. You do not need to register to attend. See you in class. Some valuable information will be discussed on various digestive disorders and how we can keep our digestive system strong and healthy.
We have another class coming up on March 14th. Herbalist Paul RedElk will be here speaking on Traditional Native Medicine and also on heirloom seed, amending your soil, the nutritional value in your produce, and the ways of pollination. Part II of this digestion class will be held on February 28th at 10:00am. We will continue discussing the digestive system and benefits that help it to improve. The use of enzymes in improving digestion and over all health. We will go farther into foods and their benefits on our health with essential vitamins and minerals.
